OD)\uff1a\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u4f86\u8aaa\u5f48\u6027\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u9280\u884c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u7b46\u5b9a\u984d\u5099\u7528\u6b3e\u9805\uff0c\u5177\u5728\u96a8\u501f\u96a8\u9084\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5ba2\u6236\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u7167\u9700\u8981\u76f4\u63a5\u63d0\u6b3e\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u7528\u6b3e\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u5229\u606f\u6309\u4f7f\u7528\u91d1\u984d\u9010\u5929\u8a08\u7b97\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u6c92\u6709\u7279\u5b9a\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u91d1\u984d\u4e00\u822c\u8f03\u5c11\uff0c\u800c\u5229\u606f\u6703\u6bd4\u4e00\u822c\u8cb8\u6b3e\u70ba\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u6703\u5728\u6700\u512a\u60e0\u5229\u7387 Fee)\uff0c\u6309\u6c92\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u984d\u5ea6\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u652f\u4ed8\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002<br><br>\u5faa\u74b0\u8cb8\u6b3e (Revolving Loan)\uff1a\u9280\u884c\u6703\u5411\u4f01\u696d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u4fe1\u8cb8\u984d\u5ea6\uff0c\u5ba2\u6236\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u901a\u77e5\u671f (Notice Period\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u70ba\u4e00\u81f3\u4e94\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5929)\uff0c\u66f8\u9762\u544a\u77e5\u9280\u884c\u7684\u63d0\u6b3e\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u91d1\u984d\u3001\u8cb8\u6b3e\u671f(\u4e00\u822c\u70ba\u4e00\u81f3\u516d\u500b\u6708)\u548c\u5229\u606f\u671f(Interest Period\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u70ba\u4e00\u3001\u4e09\u6216\u516d\u500b\u6708)\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u63d0\u53d6\u8cb8\u6b3e\u3002\u6709\u4e9b\u8cb8\u6b3e\u689d\u4ef6\u6216\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u7528\u6b3e\u8b49\u660e (Use of Proceed)\uff0c\u6216\u5c07\u6b3e\u9805\u8f49\u5230\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\uff0c\u8996\u4e4e\u96d9\u65b9\u5354\u5546\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5faa\u74b0\u8cb8\u6b3e\u7684\u5229\u606f\u4e00\u822c\u662f\u6309\u9280\u884c\u540c\u696d\u62c6\u606f (HIBOR for HKD or LIBOR for USD) \u52a0\u5229\u5dee (Margin) (Rollover)\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u9280\u884c\u53ef\u5bb9\u8a31\u4e00\u5230\u5169\u6b21\u7684\u7e8c\u671f\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u4e09\u81f3\u516d\u500b\u6708\u3002\u70ba\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u4fe1\u8cb8\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u9280\u884c\u4e00\u822c\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u5ba2\u6236\u5728\u4e00\u5e74\u5167\u6709\u4e94\u5230\u5341\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5929\u7684\u6e05\u511f\u671f\u9593 (Clean-up (Early Repayment)\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6309\u901a\u77e5\u671f\u544a\u77e5\u9280\u884c\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u5229\u606f\u671f\u7576\u5929\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u6703\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u63d0\u524d\u9084\u6b3e\u8cbb\u7528 (Break Funding Cost)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5206\u671f\u8cb8\u6b3e (Instalment
